Once you’ve created a license reservation and sent out an invitation to your class, you may need to edit your reservation because you need to (1) add or remove additional licenses, (2) extend a reservation expiration date, or (3) delete a reservation. The following are steps to guide you through editing a license reservation.
1. Click on the More button (three dots) across from the respective class and Select Invite Students: View/Edit Class Reservation.
2. On the Invite Students to Join page you can see how many licenses are reserved and when the reservation expires.
At the bottom of the Invite Students to Join page, you have the option to Edit Reservation, Delete Reservation or Copy Email again. Select Edit Reservation.
3. On the next page, you are able to edit the number of licenses to reserve and/or the expiration date, if needed. Click Save.
4. Once the reservation has been edited, you can copy the email and send it to any other students who may need to enroll.
