Invite an instructor to join the campus

Steps

An adjunct instructor may have recently been employed to teach an upcoming class.  You find out the instructor has used CertMaster materials previously and already has a CertMaster account with another academic organization.  Instead of having to get a new account setup for this individual, you can invite that person to join your staff.

1. Click Staff.
2. Under Actions select Invite Users.
3. Type or copy/paste the instructor’s email address.
4. Click Next.
5. Click Invite.

The message has now been sent to the individual.

Once an instructor clicks Join Now from their email invitation, a CertMaster login screen pops up, after the instructor logs in, that individual will appear within your Staff personal.
