Though there are a variety of class reports already built into the product, you can also build a custom report.
- Click the Classes tab.
- Across from your class, click the More button.
- Select Custom Reports.
- Click Add or Create a Custom Report.
- Enter a Custom Report Name.
- Check the box or boxes of courses to include in the report.
- Click Choose Resources.
- Check Chapter or Sections boxes to include that data on your report.
- Remember only the labs and the section exams provide scores.
- After selecting your options, click Save.
- Click Select Custom Quizzes to add a quiz.
- Check the box by the custom quiz.
- Click Save.
- Check the box to Include Assessments if you would like.
- All students are automatically included; however, you can specifically Select Students.
- Check preferred Sharing Options (optional).
- Click Save.
- Across from your custom report name, click the More button.
- Select Run.
- The report is ready to run anytime.
- The custom quizzes will always appear at the end of the course material that you have selected.
- Change any of the filtering options and the report data will auto-refresh.
- To export data, click the download icon in the upper right.
- Click the X to exit the report.
- You can run this report anytime as well as make any editing changes.
