There are a variety of reports to assist you with monitoring students’ progress at the organization level, including monitoring individual students’ scores, data by your different schools, as well as data by a specific instructor. In this video we will explore a few of those reports at the administrator level.
Alert: If you do not see a list of schools, click the blue arrow by the organization’s name. (The tab will be labeled either My Institutions or My Schools.)
1. Click Reports across from an organization to view data for that facility.
Please note that from time to time you may see Updated or New next to a report and you can click those hotlinks for further details.
2. Across from the Individual Scores by Course click Run.
3. Type any student’s name within this facility in the Student field.
4. Click on the student’s name on the pop out message.
Select the respective Course
Change any of the filtering options and the report data will auto-refresh.
For Office data keep in mind that instructors can teach the applications in any order. So, you may need to scroll down to view data.
It is also important to note that instructors often have assignment deadlines, but students can repeat activities even after those deadlines. Therefore, scores could differ from the data on this report based on what instructors have recorded.
5. Click the X in the Student field to enter another name.
6. To export data on any report, click the download icon in the upper right.
7. Name the file.
8. Click OK and open the downloaded file.
9. Click X in the upper right to exit the report.
10. Select Institution Study History.
11. This report does not provide any data until you select some filtering options.

12. Change any of the filtering options and the report data will auto-refresh.
Click on a time spent hotlink to view a distribution of which activities the students have spent their time on in that time frame.
