View Competency Assessment Report Data

Once students are finished with a Competency Assessment you can view their scores anytime.

1. Click My Institution tab.
2. Click the Class Assessments tab.
3. Under the respective Competency Assessment and across from your class, click the more button.
4. There are two options:
   • You can view individual scores
   • Or you can view statistics
5. Start with View Individual Scores. This provides the detail for each student:
   • Their most recent score
   • If they passed or failed the exam
   • Time spent taking the test
   • How many attempts were made
6. While all students have one free opportunity to take a TestOut Pro Certification exam, a student who doesn't initially pass can purchase a voucher for a nominal fee.
7. To retake the test, you can click the blue number hotlink for further detail.
8. Select Report to view the objective analysis detail.
9. Click the arrows across from each of the topics. This data can be downloaded or printed.
