Upgrading to a Newer Product Version in CertMaster

Enabling the New Product Version in CertMaster Admin

1. Navigate to Institution Details.
2. Select Courseware.
3. Within the Courseware list, verify that the newest version of the desired course is enabled.
4. Only leave the older version enabled if there are existing active courses that depend on that version.
5. Select Save after enabling the newest version.

For LTI 1.3 Advantage Integrations

1. LTI 1.3 integration users who have already built a course using an older CertMaster product version must either reset the course content or delete the existing assignment links associated with the older version.
2. Enable the newer CertMaster product version within your CertMaster campus.
3. Create new assignment links for the newer version in your LMS course. When you launch the newly created assignment links, they should open the newer version of the CertMaster courseware.
