Hello, everyone. Today, you will learn how to find the Boost Dashboard as an instructor. To access the Boost Dashboard, you must be assigned an instructor role by your institution's administrator.
To log in, go to learn.comptia.org and populate your email and password. Upon setup, you would have either received your login credentials from the Institution Administrator or you would have received an automated email to activate your account and create your login credentials.
The Boost Dashboard is an instructor's landing page in the CertMaster Learn platform, housing resources and structured reporting. On the left of your screen, the curriculums feature will provide a way for the instructors to customize the learning plan for specific students or groups of students.
Next is your Instructor Resources. For more information, please see our video on How to Access Instructor Resources. As an instructor, you also have the ability to view reporting for the students and groups that you are assigned to.
Under the analytics portion, you will find Student Reports and Group Reports. For more information, see the associated reporting videos. On the bottom left of your screen, you will find support on how to utilize the Boost Dashboard. This feature will take you step by step through the functionalities of the dashboard. On the top right of your screen, the mail icon will notify you of any recent changes to your account.
Select your profile icon if you would like to edit your profile. Then, select User Portal. This portal will allow you to update your personal credentials as well as passwords. This portal will also reflect the courses you are assigned to.
