This video provides a tour of the Group Reports available in the Boost Dashboard.
Transcript
The Boost Dashboard is used for viewing, analyzing, and exporting Student, Group, and Institution reports. An instructor using the Boost Dashboard can access Student and Group reports. They will only see data for the groups and students they manage directly. A supervisor using the Boost Dashboard can access Student, Group, and Institution reports. They will see data for all students and groups across the institution.
The data in the Boost Dashboard is updated twice a day. You can always determine how current the data is by referencing the date and time stamp at the top right side of the screen.
From the Boost Dashboard navigation bar on the left, you will see the reports you have access to.
In Group Reports you can see the aggregate data points for the students in a given group: average session time, average Learning Plan progress, average practice score, average PBQs score and average assessments score. You will also be able to see how many students are in the group, how many courses are in the group and the last time a student in the group was active.
To see the group data for a specific course, click on the All Courses drop down menu and select your desired course.
You can export the data available in this view to a CSV file by clicking the Export drop down button on the right.
