This video will show instructors how to locate their resources in the CompTIA CertMaster Learn platform.

Hello, everyone! Today, we will learn where to find the instructor resources as an instructor. Instructor resources are provided as a clear baseline for the instructor when facilitating classes.
To receive access to the resources, you must be assigned the role of Instructor, and the designated contracts would need to be assigned to you by your Institution Admin.
Once logged into the Boost Dashboard landing page, select the Instructor Resources tab. The instructor has access and the ability to download all resources for the contracts assigned to them.
Resources can be filtered by course, file type and file name for easier navigation. If you are assigned to multiple contracts, all of the resources for each contract will be listed here.
To filter the resources according to the specific certification, select the down arrow next to All Courses and select the certification. For this instance, we will select Security+.
Please note that resources do vary according to each certification. You will notice there’s also an option to filter by extension file types. As you become more familiar with this platform, you may use this filter at your convenience.
Once you have selected your certification, select Search. The resources for the certification selected will now appear. As mentioned, resources do vary according to the certification and some resources included may be instructor PowerPoint presentations, which guides you through the lesson in the form of templates for teaching in a classroom setting.
Consider these as starting points for you to use or change as needed. Mapping Course Content is a breakdown of the objectives and topics in the order they are presented within the course.
The Onboarding Checklist is an onboarding guide written for instructors, detailing the resources and features that accompany your official CompTIA courseware. The Presentation Planner could be presented in the form of an Excel or Word document, and breaks down the course presentation time over a five-day, 12-day or 16-week course. Consider these a starting point for you to use or change as needed.
The Transition Guide breaks down the transition from one version of the certification to the new and updated version of that certification. It will highlight and go through the differences, so that you can easily transition to the new and updated version of the certification.
These are available to be downloaded on the far right of your screen.
