With default settings, most browsers rely on codecs included within Windows to play the H.264 encoded .mp4 video files on our website.
Some versions of Windows 10 will not play our videos because they lack the required codecs. These versions are Windows 10 N and Windows 10 KN. Generally, this can be resolved by installing the Windows Media Feature pack found here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/3145500/media-feature-pack-list-for-windows-n-editions
You'll need to learn your computer's version and OS build numbers in order to download the correct package. You can find these by clicking the Windows/Start icon in the bottom left corner of your task bar and then typing in System Information and selecting the System Information desktop app that appears. The information you need is in the second row, labelled "Version". (You can also identify if you have Windows 10 N or KN by looking at top row.)
