Issue: Lab Simulation Opens to a Blank White Screen
Description
When launching a lab simulation, a new tab may open but remain completely white with no loading bar. The most common cause is a setting in Kaspersky security software that interferes with how the lab loads. Specifically, Kaspersky may inject a script into web pages that disrupts lab functionality.
How to Fix It

Open Kaspersky, click the Settings gear icon, and navigate to:
Settings > Additional > Network > Traffic Processing -
Disable the option:
"Inject script into web traffic to interact with web pages"

Completely close your browser, then reopen it and clear your browser cache.

Return to CertMaster and try launching the lab again.
